Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026 • Read how we protect workspace trails and customer data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect account information (email, password hashes, billing credentials) when workspaces are registered. We also collect visitor telemetry data (IP geolocation, screen size, user-agent details) and text-based conversation logs transmitted through chat widgets to facilitate live routing and agent assignments.

2. Data Protection & GDPR Rights

Under GDPR, workspace owners and visitor clients maintain full rights to access, restrict, correct, or request the immediate deletion of their chat logs, identity traces, and workspace metrics. We isolate database trails on individual Neon branches to avoid inter-tenant leaks.

3. Third-Party Service Processors

We process data using secure SOC2-compliant third-party cloud engines: Supabase for user session authentications, Neon PostgreSQL for storage configurations, and Google Gemini APIs to run RAG-grounded AI agent completions. We do not sell conversational text logs to advertisers.

4. Cookie Configurations

We set persistent cookies solely to sustain live session tokens, verify visitor authenticity, and load customized chat widgets. You can manage or disable cookie tracking inside your browser, though it may disable real-time agent reconnections.
