1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for Pulse, creating workspace instances, or embedding the Pulse live chat widget on your domains, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. User Accounts & Workspace Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials, your Supabase keys, and custom LLM API credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities, messages, and calls made or streamed through your chat widgets.

3. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to ensure continuous access to the Pulse platform and widget APIs. However, except for custom enterprise SLAs, all services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We are not liable for transient network delays, database reconnects, or signaling issues on custom STUN/TURN calling servers.

4. Updates to Terms

Pulse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the website's banner or sending email alerts. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
