How we protect, encrypt, and handle workspace data. Part of the Pulse security framework.

Encryption Standards

We encrypt all database backups and credentials at rest using AES-256 protocols and encrypt chat signaling and webhook payloads in transit using TLS 1.3.

Data Subject Requests

We automate data subject requests. Visitor clients can request immediate access or deletion of their conversational records via standard SDK actions.

No Log Sharing

We do not share, sell, or distribute visitor metadata or conversation logs to advertising networks or external data aggregators.
